Ah, where to begin? I took so many photos and was impressed by so many new products during CHA, I could seriously start a whole new blog dedicated to just that. But I managed to narrow down some of my very favoritest (I know that's not a word but I'm not working at full throttle today) new stuff and thought I'd share with y'all. Please excuse the crappy photography. The convention center is not lit well and I was just too excited ogling scrapbook goodies to get my camera settings correct. You understand, right?!? (Click on the photos to view slightly larger.)
First up is KI, which is of course, near & dear to my heart. The new Sheer Delights are yummy (but impossible to photograph) so I'll show you some of my other faves:
The new chipboard alphas for the Baby Cakes and Juicy Summer lines are so vibrant and fun. Also loving the little Brag Books (especially the Simple Stripe!) They'd be perfect gifts for grandparents!
I've recently become a glitter addict. So these glittery goodies at Making Memories caught my eye (as did the new cork alphabet):
Even though I'm not a typically a big Anna Griffin fan, I LOVED the Riley line (even if they did spell it wrong :P). The papers are so colorful and whimsical, and the embellishments are equally divine. And you just know I have to get that scallop star punch.
You can even get fabric that matches the paper line. How adorable is this chair??? And that pom pom trim?? Oh cuteness!
One of my show favorites was Jillibean Soup. The whole booth was just scrumptious. Here's a small sample. Love these kraft journal spots and polkie ribbon!
The saturated color mixed with the kraft were totally my style. I WANT this stuff!
I know lots of people loved the Jenni Bowlin Studios booth - and I was no exception. Her amazing vintage displays were perfection. Not to mention she can rock a pair of red cowboy boots like no one else. Her new line is called The Farmer's Wife and it is classic Jenni:
There was a lot of well-deserved buzz around the Cosmo Cricket booth too. I especially loved the Little Man and Girl Friday Lines. The booth displays and samples were gorgeous, and the vintage photos with conversation bubbles were hilarious to read. I loved the Page Spinner concept, too!
I found lots to like at Hambly as well. I'm a sucker for butterflies and the new transparencies pack such a punch. The onesie pattern is super cute too. And check out the pillows on this chair in the booth - they used ModPodge to adhere the rub-ons to the fabric!
I've got a few more faves to share in a later post...but this one is so photo-heavy I better call it quits before Typepad gets testy with me. Have a great Monday my friends!
