Give-it-Away Thursday.

Today I am realizing that the month of April is nearly gone.  And in just a few short weeks, Riely will have her kindergarten graduation (ack!) and Hayden will be finishing fourth grade.  Next fall, they'll have one year together at the same elementary school before H is off to middle school (double ack!) Then it's on to high school, college...and pretty soon I'm an old lady with an empty nest and too much time on my hands.  Which, of course, is why I scrapbook.  So I'll have lots of albums to thumb through while I'm sitting on the porch in my rocking chair, yelling at the neighborhood kids to stay off my lawn.

And speaking scrapbooking, this week I am thoroughly enjoying my  Jenni Bowlin Mercantile kit, which will debut on May 1.  It's full of lots of lovely items and (unlike the current state of my flower beds) it's blooming with color.  Here's a few sneaks:
