These days I'm looking for the inspiration to get back into a regular running routine. Motivation to lace up the shoes and head out the door. And it's not always easy to pull that from within. Truth be told, my inner-weenie tends to have a louder voice than my inner-athlete, so I have to rely on other forms of persuasion to get my workouts accomplished.
So today I thought I'd share some of my favorite running quotes, in the form of a mini album that originally appeared in Simple Scrapbooks' Mini Albums in an Evening. A quick flip through some of these words usually reminds me of the strength I gain from this sport and encourages me to get out there and, quite simply, just do it!
