First off, I want to say thank you to everyone who left comments, emailed, and sent good thoughts to our family last week. I've had my little Harley cat for nearly half of my life, and there's definitely a big hole left in her absence. I miss her yowling meow each morning. And sitting at my desk, I'm keenly aware of my empty lap. It was a tough couple of days with lots of tears and reading your words felt like getting a virtual hug through the web. I appreciate it more than you know....so thank you.
We spent last weekend in the mountains at a little Dickinson family reunion. The fun-filled days were a nice distraction for our heavy hearts. The kids got to ride the alpine slide, play mini golf, and load up on fresh mountain air and sunshine. I've got photos to share (hope to have some regular posts back up this week) but today I thought I'd show you my latest Seeing Double project over at Two Peas, in case you haven't had a chance to see it yet:

In this month's video, I'm focusing on using some of the Two Peas digital cut files and printables to create a two-page layout and a card. The July files were perfect for a layout about a camping trip we took last summer (those snow-capped mountains are my faves!) I hope you'll take a peek and let me know what you think!
And thanks once again for your notes and comforting words last week. I'm grateful to have such kind readers and appreciate the love and sympathy you sent our way.
Wishing you all a great Monday!
