Hello Thursday! I'm excited to be guesting over at Chic Tags today and wanted to share one of the projects I created with their new School House line of papers, tags, stickers and rub-ons. School House is one of three new lines from Chic Tags (which should be arriving in stores any day now!) I love the color palette of the School House collection - lots of aqua and yellow - and the fun variety of tag shapes and sizes make it easy to pull together a cute page.
On this layout, I highlighted an enlarged vertical photo with lots of layered circles, using patterned paper, punches, and many of the tags to create a grouping of whimsical accents:

The woodgrain background paper (a pattern called Teacher's Lounge) is such a great base because it's light enough to print journaling on, but dark enough to make the bright colors in the line really pop.
I so much fun creating with these products! You can check my other projects over on the Chic Tags blog, so please hop over and take a peek. And because I can't post on a Thursday without a giveaway, I've got a fun little collection kit up for grabs today that includes lots of the School House items (along with a few other cute goodies!):
If you'd like to be entered to win this fun package, just leave me a comment below telling me which of the three new Chic Tag collections is your favorite.** I'll keep the comments open until Monday, October 14th when I'll post the winner below.
Enjoy your day!
**Please be sure to leave a contact email in your comment if you are not signed in to Typepad. Comments will remain open until the morning of October 14 (whenever I 've consumed enough caffeine to function) and the winner will be randomly drawn from the comments, announced at the bottom of this post, and contacted via email. Internationals are welcome to enter, but you'll have to pay postage on the shipment. And that, dear readers, completes the fine print.
