Last year about this time, the paper collection I designed for Jenni Bowlin Studio called Modern Mercantile had just debuted. I was so excited to share it with my fellow scrapbookers, and admittedly, a whole lot nervous to see how the line would be received. I was so relieved at CHA when the overall reaction to the designs were positive. Then to see it showing up in scrapbook stores and on the pages of scrapbookers I admire....well, it was really a dream come true!
So today I'm taking a little walk down memory lane and sharing one of my favorite layouts with the Modern Mercantile collection. This layout features a design framework that I've used before - a circle of circles - and I rely on it because it always results in a page that I love!

This one is about my sweet girl, who just so happens to have thrown some curveballs at her mama this week. She definitely gonna be the one who puts my patience and parenting skills to the test. Let's hope I can hang. I'm beginning to see there's a reason God invented Pinot Grigio.
Hope that you are having a wonderful weekend. And that you'll be cheering for our beloved Broncos and Peyton tomorrow. Or at least drinking a nice pinot!
