I know that documenting lists of "currents" isn't exactly new (I've actually done a few past blog posts in that very style) but I am really loving using it on scrapbook pages lately! I used the Currents prompts on a recent JBS Mercantile page and yesterday I just finished up a page about Hayden (coming soon!) But today I wanted to share this one about Miss Riely:
Using the new Oh Darling line from Crate, I made a patchwork of squares that incorporated my photo, journaling, and lots of fun little elements. The kraft squares were die cut on my silhouette and then backed with patterned papers and machine stitched for a homespun feel.
If you'd like to see a complete step-by-step process for this page, you can check out the full post over on the Crate Paper blog! And if you'd like to try to create your own quilt squares, I'm sharing the cut files I used below. Just click on the image and the file archive will download to your computer.
So have you documented your "currents" recently? I'd love to see your projects!
