I shared a some sneaks of this month's Jenni Bowlin Mercantile kit a few days ago, but I wanted to post the complete pages today. I used both the papercrafting kit and the Flea Market add-on, and they are full of lots of spring color and a delightful assortment of embellishments. And be sure to check out the entire gallery - it's a wonderful ode to the spring color palette!
Spring Break | supplies: cardstock (Bazzill White OP) + patterned paper (Webster's Pages Sentimental Journey, Webster's Pages Restful Retreat, American Crafts Fancy Free, American Crafts Mother Always Says, Jenni Bowlin Gray Ledger) + Sassafras Lass letter stickers + Jenni Bowlin seal stamp + Pink Paislee Ephemera Pack + Studio Calico yellow label + American Crafts metal tag + Creative Memories circle cutter + Fiskars border punch + Maya Road wooden buttons + May Arts ribbon + American Crafts pen + Typenoksidi font + baker's twine
This was the perfect kit for for my spring break photos! I converted the less-than-ideal-quality phone photos to black & white and printed them as photo strips. The simple backdrop is lots of circles, adorned with bits & pieces from the kit. The JBS seal stamp makes an appearance as a frame for a few of the circles, too.
For my next page, I was going through some old photos and realized that while I have this photo framed in our house, I had never scrapped it. It's one of my favorite of Riely as a baby, so I decided to remedy that. :)
Worth the Wait | supplies: cardstock (Bazzill kraft) + patterned paper (Webster's Pages Sentimental Journey, Webster's Pages Restful Retreat, Webster's Pages Breezeway, American Crafts Fancy Free, American Crafts Mother Always Says, Sassafras Lass Sweetly Smitten) + Cosmo Cricket Flour Sack alpha + Studio G alpha stamps + Maya Road kraft tag + Maya Road wooden buttons + John Allen acrylic butterflies + Fiskars border punch + American Crafts pen
I used a simple patchwork patterned paper rectangles, cutting a heart from each one. I popped a few of the pieces up with foam adhesive and framed it all with scraps from a Sassafras border.
And now I'm off to tackle the day! It involves a stamping project, a teacher appreciation gift, and my very first workout on the Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 program. So forgive me if I'm too sore to type a post tomorrow, umkay?
Enjoy your Wednesday!
