Sometimes it's hard to say goodbye to favorite summer things (pretty sure my tan is the first thing on that list!) but jackets and boots can help extend warm weather pieces into the cooler fall months. Here, I paired a loose summer dress with my new moto jacket and old booties and it was great for a cool morning/warmer afternoon type of day.
A distressed jean jacket would have worked equally as well....and truth be told, I almost re-shot these photos with my jean jacket on instead. It fits a bit closer to my body than the moto jacket, and probably would have been a better match with the flowy dress. But then I remembered that I am lazy and re-taking photos would totally cut into that whole being lazy time.
