I think I've heard on the local news that baseball season is well underway...but since the bulk of my interest in the sport revolves around the pretzels, cotton candy, and oh yeah, BEER, I can't be absolutely certain.
What I do know, however, is that is that it's getting warmer around these parts, which means bare legs are making an appearance. (Thanks to spring break in Mexico for the early tan!) Also up to bat? My collection of baseball tees, including one of my favorites, this red linen version from Madewell, which I bought at a deep discount just after Christmas.
Because on those no-muss-no-fuss-and-definitely-no-make-up days, there's no better pinch hitter than an easy baseball tee. Paired with a favorite denim mini (or boyfriend jean, or track pant, or even leggings!) they make it easy to pull off sporty chic, even when you're not batting a thousand.
And that, my friends, is the extent of my baseball lingo. Three strikes..and I'm out!
